Velour Lining an important stage in any camper conversion. The vehicle interior is completely stripped and prepared for its upgrade. We replace the vehicle's original plywood paneling with plywood as it's far stronger, allowing for more secure mounting of sockets etc. We line the vehicle interior and new plywood panels with the velour. This completely transforms the acoustics and warmth levels providing a comfortable environment.

 

Our flooring is not just a case of cutting a piece of wood and screwing it down. Being the foundation for the units and bed, it is vitally important that it's up to the job ready for the demands placed on it.

The vehicle floor is leveled as necessary, then a layer of insulation is added. Our own design of floor is then secured in place and topped with a quality cut of vinyl for a solid and durable, easily to maintain floor.
